Domestic work: housekeepers, carers, babysitters

CCL helps families manage the employment relationship with housekeepers (colf), carers (badanti), babysitters and family assistants: from hiring to payslips, from INPS contributions to mandatory notifications. We also advise on access to the INPS, INAIL and National Health Service benefits the worker is entitled to, provided the employer pays contributions regularly and the legal requirements are met.

INPS benefits

• family allowance and the single universal child allowance (assegno unico e universale);
• unemployment benefit;
• maternity allowance;
• tuberculosis allowance;
• spa treatments;
• ordinary disability allowance and incapacity pension;
• early retirement pension and old-age pension;
• survivor’s pension (reversibilità).

INAIL benefits

• daily allowance for total temporary incapacity;
• annuity for permanent incapacity;
• annuity and one-off payment to survivors in case of death.

In case of a work accident, prostheses and orthopaedic aids, hydrothermal and climate treatments, medical and surgical care and outpatient care under agreement with the National Health Service are also provided.
