The new 150-euro bonus was for people with income of no more than 20,000 euros in 2021 and resident in Italy on 1 November 2022.

When it was paid

• Employees: with November 2022 pay, directly by the employer, after a declaration by the worker.
• Pensioners with a pension starting by 1 October 2022: automatically by INPS.
• Domestic workers who had already received the 200-euro bonus: automatically in November 2022.
• Recipients of social safety nets in November 2022, and occasional self-employed workers and door-to-door sales agents who had already received the 200-euro bonus: in February 2023.
• Households entitled to the citizenship income in November 2022: in November 2022.

Applications could be submitted until 31 January 2023, with payment in February 2023.

What has changed since then. The payment was a one-off 2022 measure and can no longer be requested.
