DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ISEE/ISEEU ONLINE
✓ Tax code (codice fiscale) and identity document of the applicant
✓ Tax code of all household members and, if any, of a spouse living elsewhere and of dependent children not living with you (if unmarried, without children and under 26)
✓ Registered rental contract (if you live in a rented home)
INCOME: for DSUs submitted in 2026 the reference income is that of 2024
✓ Modello 730 and/or Modello Redditi 2025 (2024 income) and, for employees and pensioners, Certificazione Unica (CU) 2025 (2024 income)
✓ Certificates and other documents for fees, allowances, pension and welfare benefits, IRPEF-exempt income, income earned abroad, study grants, maintenance payments for spouse and children, fees for amateur sports activities and similar
✓ IRAP for agricultural entrepreneurs
✓ For residents of Trentino: all provincial allowances received (Provincial Single Allowance shares A and B, allowance for large families, ICEF-related allowances)
FINANCIAL ASSETS AND REAL ESTATE at 31/12/2024
✓ Average annual balance of bank and post office accounts (quarterly or monthly statements)
✓ Documents showing the value of financial assets (deposits, savings books, government bonds, bonds, shares, investment funds, savings policies and any other form of asset management), including those held abroad
✓ Type (for example current account, deposit account, term deposit) and identification number of each account, tax code of the bank or management company, opening date and closing date if any
✓ For the self-employed and companies: net equity from the last financial statements filed, or the sum of closing inventories and depreciable assets net of depreciation
✓ Cadastral extracts and certificates, notarial deeds of sale, successions and other documents on real estate, including property held abroad (buildings, agricultural land, building land), with the IVIE value of properties abroad
✓ Notarial deed of gift of properties (only for applications for residential social and health care services)
✓ Statement of the outstanding principal of mortgages taken out to buy or build the properties you own
IF THERE IS A DISABILITY
✓ Disability certificate (issuing body, document number and date) and, if any, expenses paid for care in residential facilities (in the year before submitting the DSU) and for personal assistance (deducted in the tax return of the second previous year)
VEHICLES AND BOATS owned on the date the DSU is submitted
✓ Registration plate or P.R.A. and R.I.D. registration details of cars, motorcycles of 500 cc or more, ships and pleasure boats
